Jack O'Keefe

For over 30 years Jack O'Keefe has focused on sales, marketing and development of real estate. The residential arm of The O'Keefe Group has sold over a billion dollars of real estate in the following communities:

Arizona-
Desert Highlands, Desert Mountain, Estancia, Mirabel, Silverleaf, Troon, Whisper Rock, The Boulders resort in Carefree, throughout Paradise Valley and both Forest Highlands and Pine Canyon in Flagstaff.

California-
The Madison Club and The Hideaway in La Quinta, California

New Mexico-
Las Campanas in Santa Fe, NM

Hawaii-
Kuki'o and Hokuli'a in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

Since 1990 O'Keefe has served as a Marketing Ambassador for the Discovery Land Company which has developed communities located in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Texas, North Carolina, The Bahamas and Mexico.

O'Keefe's real estate experience also includes commercial brokerage, retail development and the development of residential communities.

Education - Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Professional Designations: In 1983, the National Association of REALTORS designated O'Keefe as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Troy Gillenwater

Troy's 29 year real estate experience includes planning and zoning, municipal annexations, community facility districts, Natural Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, real estate securities, municipal development agreements, special use permits, subdivision plats and subdivision sales. He has participated as a principal in various real estate ventures throughout Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico.

Since 1980 Troy has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona working with Century 21 Bliss Realty, Russ Lyon Realty Company, and now Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. Currently he is a Principal in The O'Keefe Group which he joined in 1996 and recently has specialized in land and lot sales in the north Scottsdale, Carefree, and Cave Creek areas.

Education - Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Utah.

Daniel Wolski

Daniel has worked with The O'Keefe Group since 2004 where he actively pursues both buyers and sellers of residential real estate by staying in tune with current market conditions. He consistently identifies investments for clients by knowing the available inventory and matches clients from the profiled database with opportunities to invest in residential homes and land.

Daniel's focus within The O'Keefe Group is the resale of residential homes and lots where he utilizes his market knowledge and consistently communicates with clients to effectively sell real estate.

Education - Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Arizona State University.

Jay Pennypacker

Over the last 15 years Jay been involved in the marketing and operations of golf facilities and real estate developments in Arizona. In the real estate arena he has managed all aspects of the entitlement process to develop master-planned and second home communities in Phoenix, Prescott and Sedona, Arizona. This experience has included planning and zoning, land annexation, environmental permitting, municipal development agreements, construction management and the marketing and sale of over 1,100 subdivision lots. Since 2003 he has sold nearly $200,000,000 in land to national home builders, developers and end-users.

Jay's focus within The O'Keefe Group is to facilitate the effective marketing and sales of residential homes and land through dynamic public relations and marketing techniques and consistent delivery of market data.

Education - Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
