Monte Dieringer

Monte grew up in the small town of Celina, Ohio. Back in the day, “standing in the corner” was considered suitable punishment for misbehavior. Judging from this picture, it’s hard to believe, but “standing in the corner” is where he spent most of his grade school years. Thank God, he eventually grew up and even earned a Bachelor of Science Business Management degree from the University of Dayton. Shortly after graduation, he was hired as a buyer for a department store in the Federated Buying Group. Two and a half years later he left the retailing business and relocated with his family to Denver, Colorado. There, he joined the Franklin Life Insurance Company and spent the next 20 years learning the fine art of salesmanship. His selling skills earned him membership in all six of the company’s major sales clubs.

In the late 80’s his career path changed directions when he entered the golf business as manager of the men’s locker room at the Castle Pines Golf Club south of Denver, and ultimately at the Estancia Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. After over 25 years of service to the members at both of these exclusive “high end” and very private clubs he retired from the golf industry. At the suggestion of friends and associates, he decided to combine his sales abilities and people skills and venture into the field of real estate sales. Today he concentrates his talents in the north Scottsdale luxury home markets at the Estancia Golf Club and Troon North.
