Whisper Rock Estates is a private 800-acre, guard-gated community of approximately 200 custom home sites tucked neatly into the picturesque desert of north Scottsdale, Arizona.

A fitness center is located within Whisper Rock’s private three-acre park. The park also provides a 60-foot heated fitness pool, barbecue facilities, tennis courts, a basketball court, a shaded Ramada and a large event lawn suitable for recreational activities and outdoor social functions.

A five-mile trail system gives residents options for walking, hiking and jogging while remaining close to home.

The Golf Club at Whisper Rock is a separate entity from the residential community.
